Yassi provides executive coaching & organization development services for high-tech companies to help leaders, teams and organizations reach their highest potential. Yassi has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, as well as small companies, startups and entrepreneurs in the Bay Area, New Jersey, Washington DC, Georgia, and Alabama.
What makes her unique as a high-tech coach and PartnerInGrowth is that she has a combined business, technical, people management and coaching background. Through leading many business efforts, teams, and people to success, she has experienced and overcome many of her clients' challenges first hand. Yassi brings to these clients her business and operations insights, as well as her passion to help them be the best they can.
In addition to her coaching business, since 2003 she has been the President and Founder of Bay Executive Partners Consulting Group www.BayExecutivePartners.com where she provides business and marketing strategy consulting to communication and software companies. Prior to starting her consulting and coaching business, Yassi had held senior positions in marketing, sales, business development, product management, and product development in companies such as AT&T, Lucent, Avici and AISP Inc.
Yassi holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MSEE from Georgia Institute of Technology, and BSEE from University of Oklahoma. She is also a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC) from Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching and recognized by International Coaching Federation, and is a qualified MBTI facilitator.
